Investors

Baarge is a capital intensive initiative. We will be building strategic assets to deliver battery recharging solutions. We have to acquire land, develop energy generation capacity using solar and wind power, develop technical capacity to recharge batteries of various specifications, build battery collection, charging and battery swapping centers across the metros, non metros and especially the rural areas where there electricity is not available easily.

We are collaborating with various EV Battery Manufacturers to support their supply chain and provide last mile swapping solutions. We are collaborating with EV Vehicle manufacturers to serve common market. We will also be working closely with various service providers and ecosystem to build efficient network for battery charging and swapping.

We obviously need large capital investment. We invite expression of interest from investors across the world to invest with us. We would be looking for CSR JVs, strategic investors, financial investors, angel and VC investors. We would also be interested in receiving funds from Social Impact Funds.

As a matter of fact, we are also looking for lenders and corporate who would like to build quality assets as part of their portfolio. We can discuss structuring the debt products since enough collateral will be available in our projects.
